TSI employs experienced operations personnel deployed in key transmission sites.

The services shall include switching on and off of the broadcast transmitters, performing routine maintenance and performing corrective maintenance on transmitter systems to restore the system to optimum power operation.

TSI shall operate the Manned Broadcast Facilities ensuring its optimum performance within the transmitter equipment's specified operating parameters.
